Celebrate the Season
ASA Dallas Chapter Meeting and Holiday celebration: "Bubbles In The Wine!"
When: November 18, 2011 at 6PM
Where: Central Market on Lovers Lane in Dallas
Your
invited to attend the DFW Chapter of the ASA as we prepare to celebrate
the holiday season with an introduction to sparking wines presented by
Mr. Van Northrup, ASA. While not Champagne, due to their geographic
origins, we believe your appraisal of their quality will find them to be
significant competitors in the market place. We will consider competing
candidates from Italy, France, and America. In order to better
consider the wines catering, by Central Market, has provided a selection
of o'rderves specifically chosen to complement the selection.
This
tasting will take place in the upstairs community room at the Lovers
Lane Central Market. The room is similar in style and finish to the open
cafe' areas downstairs. We will also toast our past officers and a very
successful year due to Michelle Bartons excellent leadership. Dress is
considered to be party casual.
Three lucky people will win our Orchid table decorations.

Attendees are
requested to limit tastings to 2 ounces per station. If you need help
home or to your designated driver please advise us in order that we may
accomodate you.
