planning purposes.

Katzen, Marshall & Associates, Inc., Dallas, Texas.
Prepared valuations of closely-held businesses, partnerships, and
intangible assets for estate and gift planning, mergers, tax reporting,
marital dissolution, and corporate financial planning. Job responsibilities
included: coordinating work flow, professional review, client marketing,
drafting engagement proposals, managing field visits, performing research
and information gathering, preparing comprehensive financial analyses,
and producing written valuation reports from start to finish.

Tolmas, CPA, provides services in valuation of businesses and business interests, asset tracing, forensic accounting, lost profits and economic damages, and expert witness testimony. He has been trained in the interdisciplinary collaborative law process.

Mr. Tolmas is a Certified Public Accountant, with the Accreditation in Business Valuation designation.  He also holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation through the American Society of Appraisers and is a past President of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of that Society.

He received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science Business in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he graduated Cum Laude.
